Yes, they can and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if they are aged under 16. School groups must always be accompanied by a teacher.
Generally yes, but occasionally a variation of the route may be necessary to avoid steps. The guide is not in the position to push wheelchairs so if this is necessary the wheelchair user must have a companion with them for this purpose.

Our public Welcome to Galway Tour operates at a maximum of 20 people.
We will be walking, so comfortable shoes are advisable. There’s no avoiding the weather in Galway and we operate rain, hail or shine (With the exception of extreme weather warnings) – so please dress accordingly.
Although tips are not compulsory they are very much appreciated and encouraged for a job well done. Any tips should be given directly to your guide at the end of your tour.
