Experience the Irish tradition and fairy-tale castles in Connemara, be swept away by the whimsical charm of the Aran Islands, and explore the rugged terrain in the Burren. Whether a weekend trip or mid-week adventure, Galway has plenty to offer at all times of the year.

This bundle includes transportation from Dublin to Galway, a Cliffs of Moher and Burren Day Tour, a trip to the Aran Islands, and a Connemara Day Tour. Following each excursion, you’ll return to Galway. You’ll have the evenings to explore Galway on your own, of course we’ll share our favourite suggestions for dinner or traditional Irish music- just ask! Your return journey to Dublin is up to you – choose to return following your last tour, or choose to stay additional nights in Galway.

Connemara Day Tour

Departs from Galway at 10:00am

Experience the majestic landscapes of Connemara. From the rugged Twelve Pins Mountains to the glassy lakes and bogland, this region is absolutely breathtaking! Spend 2 hours exploring the enchanting Kylemore Abbey and Victorian Walled Gardens before heading back to Galway for the evening.

Ireland’s only fjord serves the natural border between counties Galway and Mayo.

Kylemore Abbey

Extravagantly placed on a lake in the midst of the mountains, this 19th century abbey has was originally built by Mitchell Henry as a gift to his wife, Margaret. Today, visitors can explore the Abbey (now owned and run by Benedictine nuns), miniature Gothic Church and award winning-walled Victorian walled gardens.

An Spidéal

A picturesque Gaeltacht (Irish Speaking) village. It is home to many traditional thatched roof homes, scenic coastlines and beautiful beaches.

Returns to Galway approximately 5:30pm



Aran Islands

Travel to Inis Mór (the largest of the Aran Islands) from Galway. Choose to join a bus tour of the island or venture off on your own – by bicycle or foot! Climb to the top of Dun Aengus and explore this unique prehistoric fort on top of 100m high sheer sea cliffs. Walk along stunning coastlines and explore one of the most unique places in Ireland. You’ll return to Galway at approximately 7pm.

9:30AM: Bus Departs Galway (Victoria Hotel) to Rossaveal

10:30AM: Ferry Departs Rossaveal to Inis Mor

5:00PM: Ferry Departs Inis Mor to Rossaveal

6:00PM: Bus Departs Rossaveal to Galway

7:00PM: Return to Galway City



Cliffs of Moher Day Tour

Departs from Galway at 10:00am

Head south to through the windswept, limestone region known as the Burren. Explore the dramatic underworld of the Burren at the Aillwee Cave. You’ll spend 1.5 hours at the awe-inspiring Cliffs of Moher before heading back to Galway along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Cliffs of Moher & Visitor Centre

FREE ADMISSION! Encounter a moment of magic as you stand atop these awe-inspiring, rigid cliffs with edges dropping into the untamed Atlantic Ocean. Stretching 8km (5 miles) along the Atlantic coast of County Clare, The Cliffs of Moher stand 700 feet tall.

Doolin

A charming seaside village along the Wild Atlantic Way claimed as Ireland’s traditional music capital. Have lunch while exploring the strip of pubs, Irish crafts and shops.

Return to Dublin

Flexible Return Times

A return journey to Dublin is included in your ticket! After your third tour, choose a convenient departure time to depart from the Galway Coach Station (18:15 or 19:15). In about 2 hours, 30 minutes, you’ll arrive back to Dublin City Centre.

Carrying a lot of baggage? No need to worry! You can bring your luggage with you on the tour. Our coaches are equipped with luggage lockers, where you can store your bags for the duration of your tour. The tours return to the Galway Coach Station, so you can easily transfer to your Citylink bus.
